Business Manager (Sales & Recruitment)

Responsibilities

Starting as an individual contributor to forming your own Cluster with the goal of growing your team

Executing 360-degree recruitment cycle of Business Development and Recruitment

Identifying business opportunities through customer prospecting and sales pitching

Handling end-to-end recruitment process

Reporting to Managing Director/CEO based in Singapore

Qualifications

Experiences in 360-degree recruitment cycle with extensive knowledge and skill in business development or B2B sales

Proven record in business development and recruitment

Target driven and passionate to grow

Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Fluent in English
