Trainer Telesales (Finance Project) | Penempatan: Solo Job Description:

Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for telesales agents.

Develop training materials, modules, scripts, and sales guidelines.

Conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and communication skills training.

Monitor and evaluate agent performance after training sessions.

Provide coaching, feedback, and improvement plans to increase sales performance.

Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to identify training needs.

Ensure training aligns with company targets, KPIs, and quality standards.

Conduct refreshment training and performance improvement sessions when required.

Prepare training reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Trainer in BPO telesales environment.

Strong knowledge of telesales processes and sales strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good analytical and coaching skills.

Able to work in shifts.

English proficiency will be a plus.

Target-oriented and performance-driven.
