For our client WITRON, a global leader in automated intralogistics systems, we are looking for dedicated professionals and managers for permanent positions in construction management at international project sites in Europe and North America. In these roles, you will take responsibility for executing complex industrial and plant engineering projects. Whether as Overall Construction Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, or Stage/Steel Construction Manager – you will coordinate assembly and installation teams, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and occupational safety, and act as the central interface between project management and the construction site. In addition, you will handle reporting, documentation of construction progress, as well as materials and defect management. We offer you: Performance-based compensation:

a future-proof position in a crisis-resistant, innovative industry Your role in our team: Overall responsibility for construction management at our international project sites in North America and Europe Construction management at project sites with a focus on electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as steel and stage construction in North America and Europe Coordination of all trades (including electrical, mechanical, and other specialized areas) and central interface between subcontractors, on-site project teams, and project management Ensuring compliance with project requirements regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and occupational safety, in accordance with legal regulations Leading and moderating site meetings, coordinating all on-site work, and providing regular reporting to project management Responsibility for documenting all relevant progress and incidents, as well as handling missing or defective materials

You are a good fit if you have: A completed technical education, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician, e.g., in electrical or mechanical fields Preferably several years of professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in complex industrial or plant engineering projects Good English skills and confident use of MS Office High willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B) Strong quality awareness, organizational talent, and an independent, responsible way of working The WITRON Group is a strong partner for highly automated logistics systems – from planning to implementation and maintenance.
