IT Strategy & GRC Division Head

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives.

Provide strategic support to the IT Group Head in managing and developing IT initiatives.

Ensure IT governance and operations comply with internal policies, prudent principles, sharia compliance, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Manage IT utilization and investments effectively and efficiently to support business growth.

Identify and manage IT risks, including developing and executing mitigation plans.

Ensure IT compliance with applicable regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO 27001, and others).

Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve IT performance and compliance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of banking experience (preferably in Islamic banking).

Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.

Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.

In‑depth knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, IT risk management, and IT compliance.

Understanding of Indonesian banking IT regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO, GRC, IT procurement & budgeting, and project management).

Experience leading an IT Strategy & GRC team and building a culture of compliance and risk management; relevant certifications/training are an advantage (Risk Management Level 5, Sharia Supervisory Board exposure, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, Leadership programs).
