Org Development Manager (HR Sr Manager)

1. Organizational Design & Architecture Design and optimize organizational structures to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain job architecture, job grading, and job descriptions.

Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

2. Performance Management System Develop and manage an effective performance management system (KPI) aligned with corporate strategy.

Ensure consistent implementation of performance reviews and appraisal cycles.

3. Talent & Capability Development Identify current and future competency needs across the organization.

Collaborate with Learning & Development to create capability-building programs.

4. Culture & Change Management Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with company values.

Act as a change agent for transformation projects, including system, process, and behavioral changes.

5. Process Improvement & HR Governance Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines related to organizational development.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Ensure OD practices comply with labor regulations and internal governance.

6. Data, Analytics & Reporting Utilize HR analytics to support organizational decision‑making.

Prepare OD reports, insights, and recommendations for management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
