Position Summary Our jobs aren’t just about delivering food to guest rooms. Our In Room Dining Service Experts are skilled in providing attentive service and taking the initiative to ensure that each guest’s in‑room dining experience is seamless from order taking to delivery and follow‑up. Whether setting up trays or tables in guest rooms, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, delivering orders promptly, or clearing trays and maintaining service areas, the In Room Dining Service Expert ensures every interaction feels like part of the guest experience.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
