Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full‑time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead operations and drive excellence across our audio and lighting services.

Key responsibilities

Manage, supervise and motivate staff members, including recruitment, training, performance management and team development

Monitor and control budgets, operational costs and financial performance metrics

Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through service quality excellence and resolving customer concerns

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with company standards

Analyse operational data and implement improvements

What we’re looking for

Proven experience of 3-5 years or more in audio and lighting management role, preferably in a similar setting

Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to interact professionally

Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service standards and industry best practices

Proficiency in relevant management software and systems, with strong IT skills

Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management or business administration would be advantageous
