Smart Manufacturing Technology Expert

Responsibilities

Lead the digital transformation of manufacturing operations by translating business goals into scalable technology solutions (automation, MES, AI, IoT, robotics).

Partner with Engineering, Operations, and IT to integrate and harmonize systems, ensuring seamless data and process connectivity across factories.

Drive innovation by piloting and industrializing smart manufacturing technologies such as digital twins, predictive maintenance, and smart sensors.

Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics dashboards, KPI tracking, and strong data governance practices.

Promote cultural and capability development to help teams confidently adopt digital tools and smart manufacturing processes.

Champion sustainability by integrating energy efficiency and automation to optimize productivity and resource use.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Automation, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing technology, process automation, or digital transformation roles.

Strong knowledge of MES, SAP, IoT, data analytics, and smart factory systems.

Proven experience leading cross-functional digital or innovation projects in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for sustainability, continuous improvement, and innovation in manufacturing.
