Human Capital Manager - Raw Material (Trading)
Develop and optimize recruitment systems, with a strong focus on supporting the needs of the Sales division.
Design and roll out structured training programs to strengthen employee capabilities and foster career growth.
Oversee and enhance the organizational structure as well as performance‑based compensation frameworks.
Create and implement KPIs for all divisions to ensure integrated, objective, and measurable performance evaluation.
Build effective cross‑department relationships and serve as a strategic HR partner to management in key decision‑making processes.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure company values and culture are embedded at every organizational level.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position; experience in a Manufacturing/Trading environment is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
Proven ability to work effectively with operational leaders and manage cross‑functional HR initiatives.
Solid understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and preferably industrial relations.
Demonstrated capability in designing organizational structures and driving strategic employee development.
