About the Role We are seeking a

Product Validation Expert

to support the evaluation of a widely used AI-powered consumer product. In this role, you will help ensure the product delivers safe, accurate, and helpful experiences for end users. You will design evaluation frameworks, assess AI-generated outputs from a user experience (UX) perspective, and provide actionable insights that improve product quality and safety standards. This is a remote contract opportunity offering flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI model outputs from a UX and safety perspective Review and analyze AI-generated responses to identify potential usability risks or quality concerns Execute evaluation tasks with strong attention to detail and consistency Partner with cross-functional teams to refine validation criteria and product safety standards Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and model improvement Document findings in a structured, stakeholder-friendly format Monitor evolving AI product usage patterns and proactively identify emerging user experience risks

Required Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and precision Experience designing or applying evaluative frameworks balancing UX, safety, and product performance Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Ability to assess potential user risks and usability challenges objectively Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Ability to document complex findings in a structured, actionable manner Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with widely used AI consumer products and common user journeys Experience in product quality, trust & safety, AI evaluation, UX research, or related fields
