Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - PT. Alia Digital Printex (Modinity Group) Job Description

Manage and supervise the production process to ensure it runs in accordance with established quality standards, output targets, and reject rate limits.

Set work priorities based on product due dates and launching dates.

Monitor production flow and coordinate with other teams to ensure target achievement while maintaining product quality.

Prepare reports on production results, production quality, team member performance, as well as issues encountered and corrective actions taken.

Train production operators and ensure the team understands their roles and possesses adequate skills.

Ensure team members have the appropriate skills and understand their respective duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a production leader in the garment/textile industry.

Strong understanding of production processes in the garment or apparel industry.

Proven experience leading a team.

Willing to work shifts from Monday to Saturday (half‑day on Saturday).
