Job Description
We are looking for a strategic Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow key client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service and solutions in the e-commerce distribution and enablement space. Your goal will be to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue. You will also play a critical role in helping brands achieve their revenue targets, and act as a consultant for their e-commerce strategies.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow key client accounts as their main point of contact.
Drive revenue growth through strategic e-commerce and marketplace execution.
Own commercial performance including
P&L, inventory, and finance claims .
Lead and manage team members to
achieve business and revenue targets .
Advise clients on improving e-commerce UX (content, layout, product images).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strong client results.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience , especially in marketplaces or enablers (brand/mall).
Proven experience
leading a team to deliver business results .
Strong account management and client relationship skills.
Solid understanding of marketplace differences and key commercial levers.
Data‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with high adaptability.
Experience managing multi‑stakeholders and commercial performance.
