Valve Technician

Perform basic testing (stroke test, leak test, actuator/MOV function test, positioner calibration).

Analyze valve damage, prepare findings reports, and provide repair recommendations.

Prepare materials, spare parts, and tools for daily workshop activities.

Perform valve repairs including dismantling, cleaning, lapping, and assembling.

Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and on-site valve services.

Job Specifications High School/Vocational School (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mechanical field.

Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems.

Able to read and use measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, instrument tools).

Able to operate workshop tools (hand grinder, hand drill, air compressor, etc.).

Experience in valve service/manufacturing is an advantage.

Ability to operate lathe, milling, drilling machines, and welding equipment is an advantage.
