Supervisor Export

Experienced in freight forwarding business for at least 5 years in the same company.

PPJK License is not necessary, but it is certainly a plus.

Certification: EDI, Dangerous Goods Awareness, BNSP: Handling Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, is not necessary, but is certainly a plus.

Great knowledge of documentation:

BL, packing list, commercial invoice

BC3.0, BC3.3 and etc

Great knowledge of regulations and Customs Clearance:

HS CODE

Lartas, etc

Excellent administrative skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Highlight: Understand the rules and regulations of the export process.

Responsible for all export duties.

Manage, monitor, and Control all related Export Operations either by Sea or Air Freight.

Maintain good communication and cooperate with Clients, Shipping lines, Agents overseas, Government Institutions, and Customs & Excise.

Checking all details (HS Codes, Value, Descriptions, etc.) and submitting application letters and other supporting documents to Customs.

Follow up on the performance of all operational processes.

Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers

Review Export profit/loss (Margins) and Release Export Realization Monthly report.

Reporting to Management about Export-Import Services status.
