Financial Controller - Medan (Combo Properties)

Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Liaise with auditors to ensure proper accounting, statutory and fiscal standards are complied. Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities within the organization Advise and review tax requirements and tax filing reports for the company. Ensure timely submission of financial reports.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance/Accounting. Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in the upper scale hospitality brand. Prior experience in hotel pre-opening or rebranding is preferred. Must be fluent in English. Willing to be working on-site in Medan, North Sumatra.
