is responsible for the supervision of construction, installation, and delivery of Rolling Stock and Depot Equipment. This role involves reviewing detailed designs, enforcing compliance with technical standards and statutory regulations, and conducting day‑to‑day inspections of works and supplies.

This role is involved starting from the construction phase to ensure quality, quantity, and time control while managing contract administration, payment certification, and testing and commissioning of rolling stock and depot equipment.
