About the Client Our client is a large enterprise operating on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2+), focused on strengthening ERP stability, enhancing custom solutions, and supporting hybrid cloud integration initiatives. The organization is optimizing its Oracle ecosystem while maintaining high performance, governance, and compliance standards.

This role provides exposure to complex enterprise ERP environments and cloud-integration strategies.

Role Overview The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of custom technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite.

The role requires strong expertise in RICEFW development, CEMLI object management, performance tuning, and integration architecture. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants to convert business requirements into scalable and high-performing technical solutions.

This position is ideal for experienced Oracle EBS technical professionals with strong development and architectural knowledge.

Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Customization

Design and develop RICEFW objects:

Reports

Interfaces

Conversions

Extensions

Forms

Workflows

Develop custom solutions using:

PL/SQL

Oracle Forms

Oracle Reports

BI Publisher

CEMLI Object Management

Lead development and maintenance of:

Configuration

Extension

Modification

Ensure adherence to development governance standards.

Workflow & AME Development

Configure and customize Oracle Workflow.

Implement Approval Management Engine (AME) logic.

Support complex approval hierarchies and automated routing processes.

OAF / ADF Development

Develop and extend applications using:

Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

JDeveloper

Perform personalization and extensions as required.

Data Migration & Conversion

SQL*Loader

Oracle APIs

WebADI

Validate data integrity and reconciliation.

Integrate Oracle EBS with:

Third-party SaaS platforms

Performance Optimization

Analyze and tune SQL and PL/SQL code.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Ensure optimal system response time and stability.

Documentation & Governance

Prepare:

MD070 (Technical Design Documents)

Installation scripts (INS)

TE020 (Unit Test Plans)

Follow AIM/OUM methodologies for documentation and deployment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

5–10 years of hands‑on Oracle EBS technical experience.

Strong experience in R12.2+ environments.

Experience in enterprise‑scale ERP environments preferred.
