Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP. Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance. Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP. Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively. Identifying market trend in our target market. Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo. Making sales report and sales planning. Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP. Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers. Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable. Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field. Age
