Best Bali Adventures is a locally operated, community-driven travel company based in Bali. We specialize in private tours, authentic experiences, and personalized trip planning for international and local guests.
We are looking for a
reliable, organized, and hands-on
Social Media & Operations Assistant to support our daily content, data, and back-office work at our office in
Sanur, Bali .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
structured work , likes social media, and wants to be part of a growing Bali-based travel business.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and schedule photo & video content (Instagram, Reels, TikTok)
Plan content using a simple posting calendar
Reply to basic messages and comments
Support daily data entry using Google Sheets
Prepare simple reports, recaps, and summaries
Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks
Coordinate with the team on updates and priorities
Requirements
Comfortable using
Canva ,
CapCut , and
Google Sheets
Able to communicate clearly in
English (written & spoken)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to work
on-site in Sanur, Bali
Interest in social media, travel, or digital work
