Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing financial records, analyzing revenue streams, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capability, high work standards, and a deep understanding of accounting systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping of daily transactions

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

2. Revenue Analysis & Monitoring

Analyze revenue across different business lines and service streams

Perform revenue reconciliation and variance analysis

Monitor billing accuracy and identify discrepancies

Support management with financial insights related to revenue performance

3. Cost Control & Compliance

Assist in monitoring operational expenses and cost allocation

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Support internal and external audit processes

4. System & Process Improvement

Utilize accounting software and financial tools efficiently

Maintain organized financial documentation

Proactively recommend improvements in reporting and workflow efficiency

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Zero major audit findings attributable to accounting errors

Timely completion of monthly closing (within agreed timeline)

2.Revenue Monitoring

Accurate reconciliation of revenue across all business lines

Timely identification and reporting of revenue discrepanciesClear monthly revenue analysis report submission

3.Productivity & Discipline

On-time submission of reports and assigned deliverables

Complete documentation for all financial transactions

Responsiveness to cross-department financial inquiries

4.Analytical Contribution

Ability to identify trends, irregularities, and improvement opportunities

Contribution to financial insight discussions with senior finance team

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance

Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

Comfortable working with financial systems and digital tools
