AI Automation & Process Optimization Assistant Manager

AI Automation & Process Optimization Assistant Manager Responsible for identifying and analyzing automation opportunities across the company, documenting current-state processes, proposing future-state automated workflows, supporting RPA and AI use-case development and deployment, assisting in tool selection and integration, tracking adoption and performance, and preparing SOPs and user guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.

Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.

Basic understanding of AI/LLM use cases and data processing.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Experience with finance processes (AP/AR) is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
