Position Overview
The Growth Product Manager is responsible for driving B2B lead generation, brand positioning, and referral pipeline growth. This founder-led marketing role focuses heavily on audience activation, U.S. market outreach, and visual content creation to secure strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter who can confidently manage content workflows and hold the founder accountable for deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
targeted outreach and audience activation strategies within the U.S. market to generate B2B leads.
Build
and nurture strategic referral partnerships with CPAs and other aligned B2B businesses.
Write
compelling, authoritative copy for the founder’s and company’s LinkedIn profiles, matching a confident, educational leadership tone.
Design
high-quality visual assets from scratch, including LinkedIn carousels, branded templates, and one-pagers using Canva.
Manage
content workflows and approvals via SharePoint, proactively tracking deadlines and reminding the founder of publishing schedules.
Track
engagement and outreach conversations, preparing re-engagement messaging and consistent follow-ups.
Execute
resourceful, organic growth strategies without relying on high-budget paid advertising.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years
of experience in B2B marketing, audience activation, or outreach.
Strong practical understanding of
U.S. market outreach
and B2B communication dynamics.
Experience executing organic marketing strategies for budget-conscious small businesses (no \"ads-first\" mentality).
Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken.
Proficiency in
Canva
with a strong eye for design layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adopt a self-assertive, founder-led voice.
Strong project management skills, specifically using
SharePoint
(or similar tools) to drive collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the
HR outsourcing , consulting, or B2B professional services industry.
Basic understanding of SEO principles (search intent, keyword research, on-page optimization).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
