SUPERVISOR CUM GENERAL FOREMAN

Responsibilities

Main duties include coordinating tasks for the day, based on the drawing, prepare BBS, creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and to report the progress of the project to superiors.

Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans

Follow work schedule and monitor attendance of workers

Allocate general and daily responsibilities

Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, designs, specifications and all authorities’ regulations

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

Resolve problems when they arise

Qualifications Minimum 5 years relevant experience with similar capacity
