Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4-star hotel or resort Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including laundry and inventory control Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness standards Proven ability to manage budgets and control operating costs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and administrative software Fluent in English, both written and spoken A degree or certification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
