JR5862PT Bank CTBC IndonesiaYour Career Our Future1.Receive and answer incoming telephone calls according to applicable procedures.2.Receive and answer incoming calls related to checking customer account balances.3.Receive and answer incoming chats from VICA4.Forward all Customer Inquiries and Complaints to the relevant department via email.5.Record all incoming calls, both Inquiry and Customer Complaints.6.Make outgoing calls at the request of the Business Unit (CLG, RBG) and the E-Channel Operation & FBS Unit.7.Report all incoming and outgoing calls to the E-Channel Operation & FBS Unit.8.As a back-up when other staff are on leave/unable to enter.9.As a back-up in the E-Channel unit limited to administration according to orders from the E-Channel Operation & FBS Unit Head/Ops Support Dept Head.10.Perform other tasks ordered by the E-Channel Operation & FBS Unit Head/Ops Support Dept Head.
