URGENTLY REQUIRED Project Administrator for a civil engineering consulting project. Immediate start and placement at the project location in West Bandung area. Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, English Literature or related fields. Work experience as a Project Administrator or similar administration role in a civil engineering consultancy is preferred. At least 2–3 years of experience working as a General/Project Administrator or Bilingual Project Administrator. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace). Experience with technical documentation and schedules is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Experience working with foreign workers. Job Responsibilities

Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively to meet project deadlines. Work in a fast‑paced team environment, paying attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Problem‑solving with a keen eye for details. Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills.
