Skills & Requirements Proven min 3 year of bar supervisory or leadership experience. Hands-on experience in developing team and leading the beverage department. Excellent customer service and good people skills to keep customers entertained by flipping glasses, entertaining movements etc. Extensive knowledge of alcohol and cocktails of all types Good verbal communication in English and written skills Proficiency in English. Good physical stamina, handles work pressure and sound decision making. At least two years of bartending or mixology experiences. Professionals who have a bartending license will be advantage. Ability to work with various cocktail-related tools on a daily basis. Indonesian Nationality. Based in Bali.
