KOL / Affiliate Specialist , you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and engagement by collaborating with influential voices in the health & beauty sectors. You will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing influencer partnerships to build authentic connections with our target audience. We are looking for an experienced specialist to lead our influencer marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building relationships with creators and managing campaigns that directly drive sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Proactively research and scout for relevant influencers (KOLs) and Affiliate in the health and beauty category Evaluate potential collaborators based on their content quality, audience engagement, values alignment, and relevance to the brand Ensure that campaign goals align with the overall brand message and values. Conceptualize engaging campaign ideas tailored to each influencer’s style while staying true to the brand identity. Encourage authentic storytelling that resonates with the target audience, particularly parents, educators, or learners. Handle all administrative aspects: outreach, negotiation of rates and deliverables, drafting contracts, setting timelines, and content approvals. Discover and propose new KOLs or micro-influencers before they peak in popularity. Develop monthly influencer marketing plans and manage the budget to maximize ROI. Track and report on campaign results (Sales/GMV, clicks, engagement) and optimize accordingly.

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically in handling KOLs or affiliate management for e-commerce. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commission structures. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
