Job Title / Location Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack – Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

Architect and develop full‑stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using Golang.

Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and other front‑end technologies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize application performance and improve system efficiency.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

Troubleshoot, debug, and fix complex software issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling.

Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in full‑stack development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full‑stack development.

Strong experience in Golang for backend development.

Expert knowledge of JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks, particularly React.

Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of database technologies, including MySQL and NoSQL databases such as AWS DynamoDB.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AWS.

Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.

Experience with version control systems (GitLab).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and partners.

Experience with large‑scale web services.

Continuous learning mindset and passion for staying updated with emerging technologies.
