Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Purpose: Responsible for handling PET Film domestic and export sales, including shipping and documentation, ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant government regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Process Sales Documentation: Handle and process PET Film export and domestic sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Order & Shipping Management: Ensure all customer inquiries, orders, and shipping documents are processed accurately, on time, and cost-effectively. End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee order receipt, production and delivery coordination, documentation, billing, payment follow-up, and progress reporting. Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, distributors, forwarders, agents, government authorities, and group companies). Product & Process Knowledge: Develop strong technical knowledge to clearly explain product benefits and support customers during inquiries and order handling. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Purchasing and Export-Import teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in line with requirements and procedures. Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with stock and inventory teams to ensure availability and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Market & Regulatory Analysis: Collect and analyze market information and relevant regulations to support decision-making and long-term business performance.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Japanese Studies. 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations. Fluent in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2).

Technical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis and interpret customer insights for data-driven decisions. Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Skilled in preparing sales forecasts and structured reports aligned with Japanese business practices. Strong documentation, presentation, and proposal preparation skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). SAP knowledge is an advantage.
