Maintenance Coordinator

Operate and maintain the CMMS system, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of maintenance records. Schedule and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Support production teams with troubleshooting and corrective actions. Track and report equipment performance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, MTBF). Assist in implementing TPM pillars such as autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance. Contribute to waste reduction and efficiency improvement projects. Provide technical support for audits and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational effectiveness. Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering related field. 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering within manufacturing. Hands‑on experience with CMMS software. Knowledge of TPM principles and continuous improvement tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
