Product Specialist (Orthopedic or Neurology)

Product Specialist (Orthopedic or Neurology) Sell medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. A strong background in orthopedic or neurology Health, extensive knowledge of the Balikpapan area, and well-established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Orthopedic and Neurology health.

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell orthopedic or neurology health products to healthcare professionals and facilities in Balikpapan area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in orthopedic or neurology health to drive product awareness and sales.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.

Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the marketing and product development teams.

Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Job Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline

Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or neurology.

Strong knowledge of the Balikpapan area and its healthcare market.

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with KOLs in orthopedic or neurology health.

Excellent communication, presentation, problem solver in addressing customer needs, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills, strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
