Solar Panel Technician

We are seeking a Solar Panel Technician to join our renewable energy projects in Lombok. The role will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of solar PV systems (on‑grid & off‑grid), inverters, and battery systems while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, inverters, and battery systems.

Troubleshoot electrical and solar PV system issues and provide effective solutions.

Ensure all work complies with electrical standards and safety regulations (HSE).

Prepare technical reports and recommendations for improvements.

Coordinate with Project Engineers/Managers.

Willing to be based in Lombok and travel for project assignments.

Qualifications

Proficient in English (spoken) is MANDATORY

Minimum Senior High School Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

5 years of working experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in solar PV or renewable energy.

Strong knowledge of electrical installation, solar PV systems, inverters, and battery systems.

Familiar with national electrical standards and HSE practices.

Proactive and strong capability to problem‑solving, and communication skills.
