Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field 3+ years of experience in web design Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.) Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end development Understanding of accessibility standards Experience with motion design or animations
