Senior Finance Officer

Qualifications

Minimal 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.

Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, billing, and reconciliation.

Handle daily finance operations such as invoice processing, petty cash management, reimbursement, and cash advance administration.

Assist in bank account opening and maintain proper documentation related to banking activities.

Assist in preparing regulatory filings and ensuring all compliance submissions are accurate and on time.

Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documents and assisting with audit schedules.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.

Assist in ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned to support overall department goals.
