SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
About the role
PT. Derun Zihe Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support the Director. This is a full-time contract role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of the Director's day-to-day activities and operations.
What we're looking for
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Minimum Bachelor education; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to work at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
Detail‑oriented and capable of translating legal documents.
Ensuring day‑to‑day executive operation.
Able to drive a car and holds a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
What you'll be doing
Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
