Job Description

IBMC is looking for a Social Media Specialist who’s passionate about the trading, prop firm, and fintech space on behalf of our client. This role is centered on managing relationships with KOLs/influencers, executing social media strategies, and producing engaging content to grow brand visibility and credibility. You’ll work closely with creators, manage social channels, and help shape how the brand shows up across digital platforms.

Responsibility: KOL & Influencer Management

Identify, approach, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs, traders, and content creators within the trading and fintech ecosystem.

Coordinate KOL collaborations, including content planning, timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution.

Maintain ongoing communication with KOLs to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Track KOL performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and ROI.

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter (X).

Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product updates, and KOL collaborations.

Ensure a cohesive brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social channels.

Content & Campaign Execution

Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) and high-performing social media content.

Support campaign-based initiatives such as launches, promotions, giveaways, and educational content related to trading and prop firms.

Occasionally appear on camera for short-form content, updates, or collaborative pieces when needed.

Community & Engagement Support

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a professional and brand-aligned manner.

Support community-driven interactions by amplifying KOL content, trader highlights, and relevant discussions.

Insights & Performance Tracking

Track social media and KOL performance metrics, including engagement, reach, growth, and sentiment.

Analyze trends and audience behavior to optimize content strategy and KOL partnerships.

Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to continuously improve social and influencer strategies.

Requirements

2-3 YOE managing social media accounts, online community, and KOLs

Prop trading or trading industry knowledge is a plus.

Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.

Skilled in graphic design and content creation, with proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.

Strong understanding of social media engagement tactics and community behavior.

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growing community engagement.

Proactive, responsive, and able to represent the brand with a professional yet friendly tone.
