Menara Peninsula Hotel, the crown jewel of West Jakarta, is seeking highly experienced individuals for the following position:
Position: Human Resources Staff
Scope of Work
The HR Staff supports core HR operations focusing on contract management, employee lifecycle processes, foreign work permits, and compensation support, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
Job Description
Employee contract & data management
Monitor and process employee contract renewals
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle offboarding and exit processes, including resignations, terminations, clearance, exit interviews, and final payments
Ensure return of company property and system deactivation
Manage foreign work permits (KITAS)
Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees
Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals
Overtime & incentive administration, including data collection, verification, and payout processing
Collaborate with Finance for accurate and timely payments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles
Experience in the hotel industry is preferred
