Junior Brand Manager

GOBY BEAUTY is looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Junior Brand Manager to support the growth of our multi‑brand beauty portfolio in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially aware, and passionate about building brands not just running campaigns.

On‑site – Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day brand execution across online and offline channels

Support development of brand strategy and annual marketing plans

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Monitor sales performance and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights

Oversee content direction to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging

Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams for product launches and promotional activities

Assist in forecasting, stock planning alignment, and campaign calendar execution

Qualifications

Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor mapping

Solid understanding of branding, brand positioning, and campaign execution

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media performance metrics

Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field

Experience in skincare or beauty category is a strong advantage
