Job Description
Reward & Organization Development Manager
Design and implement competitive and internally equitable compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
Develop annual remuneration policies, bonus schemes, and reward & recognition programs.
Lead organization development initiatives including job evaluation, job grading, job profile updates, and organizational structure review.
Provide data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
Drive continuous improvement in remuneration systems and organizational design.
Monitor regulatory compliance related to labor, taxation, and compensation policies.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as BPJS, benefit vendors, OD consultants, and survey institutions.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Organization Development.
At least 3โ5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job grading, HRIS, SAP, compensation analysis, and organizational structure.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting benchmarking and salary surveys.
Professional certifications in C&B, Job Evaluation, or Organization Development are an advantage.
