GTM Manager

HEBEBEAUTY is a beauty brand that focuses on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products. Launched in Indonesia in mid‑2018, the company blends the sophistication of science and technology with the goodness of nature to deliver long‑lasting, high‑quality products.

A go‑to‑market (GTM) manager is a dedicated professional responsible for managing the go‑to‑market strategy, overseeing the innovation process, launching products, and controlling 360 distribution plans with 75 % accuracy based on data, business strategy, and market demand. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations and works closely with the Brand Director to set the strategic vision, manage investment, drive operational initiatives, and achieve launch goals while monitoring overall performance.

The day‑to‑day of this position is as follows:

Generating customer insights: In‑depth analysis of customer needs through validation, buyer persona creation, customer building, and discovery techniques.

Market benchmarking: Deploying learning strategies to gather market intelligence, including segmentation, development, refinement, and competitive analysis.

Project planning: Outlining the complete go‑to‑market strategy and project plan, collaborating with offline areas to ensure successful market entry, establishment, and sustainable processes.

Ensuring cross‑functional collaboration: Steering teams across sales, service, product, creative development, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance, evaluating ideas, motivating teams to meet deadlines, and ensuring alignment in the GTM process.

Tracking launch progress: Defining and setting measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or an equivalent field.

Fluent communication in both Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a detail‑oriented, critical mindset.
