Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with business objectives
Provide end-to-end HR support to assigned business units (workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations)
Advise management on organizational design, manpower planning, and succession planning
Partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor regulations
Analyze HR metrics and people data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently implemented and compliant with labor laws
Collaborate with COEs (Recruitment, L&D, C&B, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
3โ7 years
of experience in HR, with proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist handling strategic HR functions
Fluent / Business-level Mandarin (spoken and written) โ mandatory
Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking leaders
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willing to have a long business trip
