Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tangerang for a Marketing Staff. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, engaging in customer service, and driving sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with solutions.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop effective campaigns Sales skills to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining professional relationships Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Proficiency in using marketing tools or platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the financial services or trading industry is advantageous
