AVP-BCM Strategy & Planning

Responsible for: Overall BCM strategy, implementation, assurance, and integration with organizational objectives. Designing and developing BCMS documentation (BIA, BCP, DRP, CMP, IMP, ERP, etc.) and ensuring alignment with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements. Planning and executing BCM awareness & exercises across IOH and 3rd parties. Strengthening crisis management governance and process. Overall, ISO 22301 certification implementation (preparation, internal audit, and guiding auditee during external audit). Supporting other BCM function/task in the organization

Interpersonal skills Communication skills Presentation skills Report writing skills Able to work under pressure and tight deadline Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses Knowledge in Audit techniques Knowledge in ISO 22301: Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Knowledge in crisis management framework design. Knowledge in ISO31000: Risk Management Framework (added value) Knowledge in DRII and/or BCI (GPG) standard for BCM (added value) BCM certifications preferred

Experience: Experience more than 5 years in BCM Minimum 2 years’ experience in Risk Management Minimum 2 years’ experience in auditing field Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manager position Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication industry
