The Opportunity As TSS rapidly expands its footprint in Indonesia, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Finance & Control to oversee and drive the financial performance of our Indonesian operating company. Currently, our Indonesian operations consist of five business units with approximately 230 employees generating 95 billion IDR in revenue. Our ambitious goal is to grow this to 150 billion in the next three to five years, and you will play a pivotal role in achieving this.

The Finance & Control Manager will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and integrating new acquisitions into our existing framework. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Indonesian finance team based in Jakarta

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial administration processes.

Oversee the preparation and development of periodic financial and management reports, ensuring they meet organizational standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors during statutory audits and group audits.

Continuously optimize administrative and business processes, driving improvements that enhance efficiency and control.

Oversee the seamless integration of financial processes for newly acquired companies and business units.

Controlling & Strategic Financial Planning

Lead the Indonesian controlling team, contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with business objectives.

Provide proactive, strategic financial advice to management, acting as a trusted business partner in decision‑making processes.

Monitor and manage business risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are effectively implemented.

Control and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and taking corrective action when necessary.

Transform data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

People Management & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing finance and control team.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring the team remains agile, motivated, and aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile We are seeking a motivated and ambitious financial leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have:

University‑level degree, preferably in Business Economics, Finance & Control, or Accounting (not mandatory but desirable).

8‑10 years of relevant experience, including approximately 5 years in Accountancy/Audit (Big 4 experience is highly valued). Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a fast‑growing organization is a plus.

Experience with OneStream is advantageous.

Strong decision‑making abilities, with the confidence to take ownership and drive results.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization.
