Demand Planning Staff

Responsibilities Making sales order and delivery order plans for fullfilment of goods Checking and controling Inventory Level on each SKU both in distributor and factory Discuss with PPIC Team for production plan Monitoring and co-ordinate deliveries to distributor branches Managing forecast and return processes Monitoring inventory both in Warehouse Plant & Distributor's warehouses Coordinating with sales team, PPIC, and Warehouse Team for fulfillment Purchase Order Manage delivery plan to distributors Ensure service level for PO's fulfillment

Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably from Industrial Engineering/Management major) Having 1-3 years of experience in the same position in FMCG industry Preferably having experience in using SAP and/or Power BI Advance skill in operating Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams Agility to be able to follow a fast-paced organization Having a great time management, communication and teamwork skill(s) Willing to be placed in West Jakarta (Work From Office arrangement)
