Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and partnerships

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and reputation

Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from any major with 2 year experience

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or consulting within the real estate industry

Deep understanding of property market dynamics, investment strategies, and industry trends

Willing to work on-site at our West Jakarta Office or Karawang Office

Willing to do business trip if needed
