Quality Assurance Manager

Overview

1. To Assure the Quality of Bata Product meet Bata Standard Implement Quality Inspection process at DC Warehouses for local & import inbound. Address any Quality Issue finding and inform MM's and Quality Global to proceed with the Quality Claims. Discuss with stakeholders, including suppliers, in providing alternative solutions on quality issues. Full management of Bata Global QMS compliance in local sourced supply. Ensure that all basic product testing is completed at source in line with Bata standards as required. Scheduled store visits to review retail products & quality, evaluate and review customer quality returns on site. Effectively work Cross functionally with local PD team – to review final sampling and support quality execution/ risk assessment. Responsibilities

Review Production Process & perform Final Inspection at local suppliers Involved from Commercialization process from Development Stage to Production Process Participate in the Production Trial Process at local supplies and provide recommendations as needed Communication between PD (Bata SCM) and Factory (Vendor) for any handicap & technical issue Qualifications & Experience

Prepare monthly Reporting on Quality Matrix for submission to Bata’s Global Quality Head Conduct & Submit MQAA Audit regularly and communication with MQS Team at suppliers.
