About the Role
This role is
sales-oriented , with daily activities focused on generating conversations with property owners, real estate agents, and referral partners.
You will:
Make outbound calls to FRBOs (For Rent By Owners), local landlords, old leads, and referral partners.
Assist in creating and sending marketing content such as email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences.
Support lead generation through proactive outreach, list building, and consistent follow-up.
Help maintain CRM accuracy while keeping the Business Development pipeline moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
Confidently make outbound calls to FRBOs, past inquiries, and referral sources (realtors, investors, local partners).
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads.
Qualify property owners by gathering details about their rental, goals, and timeline.
Schedule appointments for the company owner to close new business.
Maintain excellent speed-to-lead standards and never hesitate to pick up the phone.
Marketing & Outreach
Assist in creating and sending marketing materials—email campaigns, newsletters, drip sequences, and updates.
Build contact lists and send outreach messages to referral partners.
Help with social media tasks such as posting content, sending messages, and engaging with target audiences.
Support the rollout of marketing initiatives, referral programs, and nurture workflows.
CRM & Pipeline Support
Ensure CRM is always clean, organized, and up to date.
Track all communication, next steps, and lead statuses.
Prepare simple reports or activity logs when needed.
Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
Assist with follow-up materials, intake documents, and onboarding prep.
Perform light research or data gathering as needed for marketing or outreach.
Help keep Business Development processes organized and running smoothly.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills —confident, clear, and friendly on the phone.
No hesitation calling cold, warm, or referral leads.
Strong writing skills
with correct grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
Experience in sales, cold calling, customer service, or phone-based roles preferred.
Comfortable using CRMs and working with online tools.
Organized, coachable, and able to follow structured processes.
Reliable and able to work during regular business hours
in coordination with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Compensation & What We Offer
$12–$18 per hour based on experience
Additional bonus opportunities of $100–$500 per month
