Sales Store

Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases.

Promote and sell ChakoLab products to meet sales targets.

Educate customers about product features and benefits.

Assist in store operations, including stock monitoring, product arrangement, and sales recording.

Contribute to monthly KPI achievements and in-store marketing strategies.

Participate in promotional events, live shopping, or brand campaigns as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and store operational procedures.

Qualifications Experience & Skills Prior experience in retail, sales, or the service industry is preferred.

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus (especially in tourist areas).

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Additional Requirements Well-groomed, energetic, and confident when interacting with customers.

Detail-oriented, polite, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.

Based in Bali and willing to work in a Beachwalk Mall.
